Managing Director - Peter Gregg

Peter is an experienced Shipwright who has been working in the marine repair and maintenance business since 1979, commencing an apprenticeship with Marina Cruisers. Peter has been a leading shipwright, constructing and fitting out motor cruisers for Warren Yachts and Northshore Yachts. He previously held the position of Deputy General Manager for the Sydney Maritime Museum (the Sydney Heritage Fleet). He is also an accomplished yachtsman, both Nationally and Internationally and regularly competes at these levels.His local knowledge of the entire marine fraternity of suppliers, contractors, products and services means that Peter can always find the solution to your marine problems.
Peter is responsible for management of the company and can be seen daily at both sites ensuring top quality work on all jobs, carrying out warranty checks and verification, supervising and training staff, as well as ensuring the customer is completely satisfied.

Production Manager – Luke Nicholson

Luke has worked and managed marine slipways in the Pittwater for the last 20 years. With this experience has come an innate understanding of customer needs, wide experience and knowledge of all aspects of repair and maintenance required for both Yachts and Motor vessels.
Luke has a reputation for providing the best quality and most appropriate service for vessels throughout New South Wales with a particular focus on the Pittwater and Sydney Harbour locations. Luke takes the extra time to ensure that he has the most current product knowledge so that Boatmate will service your vessel with the best products. He takes the time to listen to each individual client's needs to make sure that Boatmate is your boat's mate on the water.

Administration Manager – Sally Way

Joining the team in January 2010, Sally is a newcomer to the Pittwater area but brings a wealth of experience in related marine areas; Underwater Marine project management, Ferry company operations and recreational diving facilities - all in Queensland, Australia. Sally was responsible for the initial development and implementation of all administrative and financial control systems for these companies.
Sally is using the same experience and skills to ensure that Boatmate embraces and complies with all Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures enabling the company to become the Number One Provider of Marine Services in the Pittwater area in a financially and ethically responsible manner.
